Advancing Australia’s Interests in Germany and the NATO Leaders’ Summit

Last week Prime Minister Anthony Albanese travelled to Europe to meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Berlin on July 10 before attending the NATO Leaders’ Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania from 11 – 12 July. 

The Prime Minister’s travel helped to advance Australia’s economic, trade, and security agenda and provided an opportunity to advocate for our region’s strategic priorities.

Public Service (Secretary of the Department of Health and Aged Care) Appointment 2023

I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 58(1) of the Public Service Act 1999, appoint Blair Comley PSM as the Secretary of the Department of Health and Aged Care for a period of five years commencing on 17 July 2023.
