FOI disclosure logs

Our freedom of information (FOI) disclosure log provides access to information released in response to a request for an FOI access to documents.

PM&C publishes information released under section 11A of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). Information on how to make a FOI request is available.

The disclosure log requirement does not apply to:

  • personal information about any person if publication of that information would be ‘unreasonable’
  • information about the business, commercial, financial or professional affairs of any person if publication of that information would be ‘unreasonable’
  • other information covered by a determination made by the Australian Information Commissioner if publication of that information would be ‘unreasonable’
  • any information if it is not reasonably practicable to publish the information because of the extent of modifications that would need to be made to delete the information listed in the above dot points.

Deletions have been made to the documents in accordance with the exemptions available under the FOI Act.

Copies of all emails and other documents relating to Hillsong church pastor Brian Houston's possible attendance at events during the Prime Minister's US state visit this month.

(As per recent media reports https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-09-22/scott-morrison-hillsong-pastor-brian-houston-white-house/11536792)

This should include any correspondence about the possibility of Mr Houston attending events, any invitations sent to Mr Houston, and any correspondence with US officials about Mr Houston's attendance at such events.

If a specific time period is required for this request, I will limit this to all documents created or edited since 1 July 2019.
