I am seeking under the FOI Act release of a letter from Mr McLachlan the then Deputy CEO of the AFL to Ellen Perdikogiannis at ASADA of 7 March 2013. The letter indicates at the bottom that Mr McLachlan copied it to Richard Eccles, Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.

The letter is headed:

I am also seeking under the FOI Act release of the New Statement referred to in paragraph one of Mr McLachlan’s letter and the Original Statement which Mr McLachlan attached at Annexure A to his letter.

In addition, I am seeking under the FOI Act correspondence between ASADA and Mr Eccles about the original and new statements to which Mr McLachlan refers and, again under the FOI Act, correspondence between Mr Eccles and the AFL about the original and new statements.
