Our Corporate Plan sets out our agenda to help deliver on our mission – to improve the lives of all Australians through high quality advice and support to the Government.
The Corporate Plan outlines our role, purpose and key activities against which we will measure our performance the next four years to provide support to the Prime Minister, the Cabinet, portfolio ministers and Assistant Ministers to improve the lives of all Australians, including through coordination of government activities, effective policy advice and development, and program delivery.
The Corporate Plan is prepared in accordance with paragraph 35(1) (b) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act).
