Publication of submissions

Public submissions ran from 6 November to 15 December 2023.

Thank you to everyone who made a submission to the Commonwealth Government COVID-19 Response Inquiry.

The public submissions period ran from 6 November to 15 December 2023 with late submissions accepted into 2024.

We received over 2,000 responses through the public submissions process, including 294 from organisations and 1816 from individuals.

Everyone's COVID-19 experience was different. Your views on the Australian Government's and National Cabinet’s leadership, decision making and response measures will form a critical part of our review and the development of recommendations. Each and every submission mattered, and all voices were heard.
