Advertising and market research

In accordance with section 311A of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918, this section contains information about advertising and marketing research.

All Australian Government departments and agencies subject to the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 are required to place their advertising through the Central Advertising System.

During 2013–14 PM&C conducted one advertising campaign ‘The Remote School Attendance Strategy’. Further information on this advertising campaign is available at www.dpmc.gov.au/indigenous_affairs/remote_attendance/index.cfm.

The following table contains information on payments to advertising agencies, market research organisations, polling organisations, direct mail organisations, and media advertising organisations in 2013–14.
