Requirements for Annual reports - for Departments, Executive Agencies and other non-corporate Commonwealth entities
The Annual Report Requirements under the Public Service Act, applying to departments, executive agencies and other non-corporate Commonwealth entities were approved by the Joint Committee of Public Accounts and Audit on 25 June 2015. The Requirements can be accessed below. They were amended on 20 August 2015 to correct an error in the application section at 3(5) and (6).
The Requirements for Annual Reports are reviewed annually to take account of changes to reporting requirements prescribed in legislation, arising from new policy, or recommendations in Parliamentary, Australian National Audit Office or other reports.
