The 60th Session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women has the priority theme of women’s empowerment and the link to sustainable development and the review theme of the elimination and prevention of all forms of violence against women and girls. CSW60 was held in New York from the 14-24 March 2016.
On the 6th February 2016, Senator the Hon Michaelia Cash announced Ms Sarah Boyd and Dr Anu Mundkur as the non-government delegates attending the 60th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW60) as part of the Australian Government delegation.
