Around 85 officers attended the Cabinet Implementation Unit’s recent debrief session for agencies on the March 08 traffic light report. The Cabinet Implementation Unit was established in October 2003. Since then the Unit, with the support of its stakeholders, has helped improve the way Australian Government departments and agencies go about developing and implementing the Australian Government’s decisions and report on the measures being implemented.
This site is designed to support this work. It aims to provide practical information to help public servants and those who work with them on the implementation of projects and the management of programmes. It may also help those who are not in a particular department or agency but have an interest in the way the Australian Government aims to improve the implementation and delivery of its initiatives and ongoing programmes.
